1992 New Zealand Trip

In 1992, I was in my 3rd year of commercial fishing and
our boat took a trip down to New Zealand with a skeleton
American crew. Myself, my girlfriend at the time and two
friends were chosen to accompany the vessel. We flew down
and met the boat in Lyttelton, NZ and fished from there
down towards the Antarctic Circle. After our fishing venture
was up, we took a trip down to Queenstown via a rented
van. After that portion of the trip, we flew to Auckland
and stayed for a couple days -- then on to Fiji for a
week (photos later), and back home to Seattle via Honolulu
and Los Angeles. These photos are from the New Zealand
portion of that journey. |
